The first step in the program is called Pre-Registration and comprises of 5 courses, 4 exams, and 2 mandatory Simulation Sessions The Real Estate Salesperson Program learning path comprises of three steps. The first step is the Pre-Registration Phase. Step two involves registration with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). You become eligible to register with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) after the successful completion of the Pre-Registration Phase. Once you are registered with RECO you can start trading in real estate. You must complete the Post-Registration Phase to be eligible to renew your registration at the end of your initial two-year registration cycle with RECO
After you've passed the licensure exam, get ready to experience the real estate business. Usually you will choose between a salesperson either in other position at the related field such as residential or commercial real estate at the beginning. After you learn and become experienced in the world of real estate, you then slowly move up the ladder in education and experience in order to become a real estate broker. In addition, you can select to work on your own as a broker owner and possibly manage a brokerage of agents if you wish. One of your main tasks when you are a real estate agent is to act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers of real estate, and also find out who are the sellers desiring to sell and the buyers wishing to purchase. These are the general requirements that are required to become a real estate agent in Ontario, Canada. It’s impossible to become a real estate agent in Ontario without meeting and passing the minimum education requirements. The main educator for the real estate program in Ontario is Humber College. Real estate is a very challenging and rewarding career. You can pursue education toward that goal with the current education provider, Humber College.
