or salesperson needs to be very proficient in preparing the paperwork and important
documents related to the sale and help your client in closing the sale

understand all the intricacies of this field, aspiring agents need to successfully

The Pre-Registration Phase is your first step towards becoming a real estate salesperson in Ontario. You must complete this first phase of the Real Estate Salesperson Program before applying for registration with RECO. This phase comprises of 5 courses, 4 exams and 2 simulation sessions which must be completed sequentially as shown below. You will have a maximum of 24 months to complete pre-registration.
