If your criteria is too general TREB will respond with “Too many listings were returned by your search. Please narrow your criteria or zoom in.” and this means you have more than 100 listings available. In this case, you need to either narrow your search criteria or zoom in to a smaller area on the map so you will retrieve less than 100 listings at one time.You may also use the map and press the Magnifier to zoom in on an area you want to see the current listings.
You can drag around the map and also use your scroll wheel on your mouse to zoom in and out of the map.
Also, using the map, you can double click anywhere on the map to zoom in. If you hold the Ctrl key at the same time as you click you will zoom out.
